Terms of Service
1. What this tool does
Is My Site AI Ready? provides automated analysis of publicly available website data to assess readiness for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others). The tool checks crawler access, content structure, schema markup, and other technical factors.
2. Nature of results
Our audit produces informational analysis, not guaranteed outcomes. Specifically:
- Scores are algorithmic approximations based on publicly observable signals.
- A high score does not guarantee your site will appear in AI-generated answers.
- A low score does not mean your site is invisible to AI engines.
- AI search engines change their behavior frequently. Our methodology reflects current best practices but cannot predict future changes.
We update our scoring methodology periodically to reflect changes in how AI systems crawl and cite content. Scores for the same site may change between audits as a result.
3. Free tier
Anyone can run unlimited free audits without creating an account. Free audits include:
- Overall AI Readiness Score
- Category scores and findings
- Crawler access status for 14 AI bots
- Schema and citability summaries
Free audits are provided as-is, without warranty. We may limit usage if we detect automated or abusive access patterns.
4. Paid reports (Site Pass and Credits)
Paid reports unlock detailed fix guidance, code examples, action plans, and re-scan capability.

Unused credits expire after 12 months and are not refundable.
5. Refund policy
If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, contact us within 7 days and we will either deliver the report or issue a full refund.
6. Accounts
Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email for authentication. We use magic-link login — there are no passwords to manage.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to run bulk audits against the free tier
- Resell reports without authorization
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms
- Submit URLs to sites you do not own or have authorization to audit, with intent to harm those sites
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
8. Intellectual property
Audit reports are generated for your use. You may share, publish, or distribute your own reports freely. The underlying scoring methodology, software, and interface remain our intellectual property.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for business decisions made based on audit results.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to account holders at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poland, unless EU consumer protection law requires otherwise.
